If you think you are a bad dancer, you are wrong
That’s right.
There is no such thing as being a bad dancer. Period. Everyone can dance.
A lot of times, we feel we are not able to dance, we are shy to move in front of people, and we judge ourselves way more than others would probably ever do.
What is really happening is that we confuse being a good dancer with being a trained dancer.
Now, don’t get it twisted, if you want to be a professional dancer performing on international stages, you will eventually need to have some sort of training. And this does not mean in any way that training is bad for you, it is actually great. But it is important to remember that you can let the music move you regardless of the amount of training you have.
If you have a body, you can dance.
If you dance, you unlock joy.
So, move your body and thank me later.
